Responsibilities
- Be direct contact to CFT, participate be weekly on CFT.
- Consults with clients to analyse and understand functions to be automated, client needs, objectives, desired features and input and output requirements.
- Writes and maintains functional and technical specifications.
- Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for developing, testing and installing applications.
- Researches and evaluates software and hardware to assist in programming or to use as program platforms.
- Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications.
- Analyses codes to find causes of errors and revises programs.
- Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes and corrections. Writes documentation or reviews documentation written by others that describes installation and operating procedures.
- Trains key users (special cases end users) or technical support staff to use programs.
- Analyses, installs and tests upgrades of externally developed application programs.
- Plans and prepares technical reports, memorandum and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.
- Daily use of MS SQL.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training
- Intermediate level English knowledge
- Demonstrates technical skills and understanding of SPC tools and design principles and practice.
